We have developed the world's first 12-meter extra-wide HDPE geomembrane production line, overcoming core technologies such as bubble control and online monitoring, integrating intelligent systems such as electric spark detection and X-ray thickness measurement, and successfully solving the industry pain points of traditional geomembranes such as many welds and low efficiency. We have successfully developed high-performance polypropylene filament spunbonded needle-punched non-woven fabric, which has achieved significant improvement in key performance indicators: tensile strength increased by more than 30%, puncture resistance increased by 18%, and longitudinal and transverse tear strength increased by more than 10%.

Relying on the intelligent green production system, energy conservation and emission reduction technologies, and the application of high-performance products, it builds a full-chain green supply chain system. The core products have been selected into the first batch of national typical cases of key energy-saving technology application and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment's low-carbon technology promotion catalog, realizing a 30% reduction in comprehensive energy consumption per 10,000 yuan of output value and a 27.6% reduction in comprehensive energy consumption per 10,000 yuan of added value. It has built the first national green factory in the industry and won the title of National Demonstration Enterprise for Green Design of Industrial Products.
